Owain Glyndŵr Centre & Parliament House
The Owain Glyndŵr Centre is a hub for community, historical and cultural activities. It is located on Machynlleth's main street, Heol Maengwyn. The Centre is run by an enthusiastic committee of volunteers, if you would like to get involved please contact us.
Come along to 93 Heol Maengwyn, Machynlleth for a visit. We are open to all and a focal point for the community as well as being a visitor destination.
Owain Glyndwr's Parliament House is one of Wales's most important historic buildings. You can visit this fascinating attraction between 10.30a.m and 3.30p.m on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday or at any time by prior arrangement by email firstname.lastname@example.org
We also welcome school visits during term time. Admission is free unless special arrangements for groups need to be made in advance, any donation towards the Owain Glyndŵr Centre Ltd. charity is much appreciated. All donations are used to maintain the building.
Food, Coffee & Cake
At Caffi Alys you can enjoy a wide range of homemade snacks, main meals and cakes. There are always delicious vegan and vegetarian options on the menu and local produce is used whenever possible. Enjoy Teifi Coffee and a warm welcome Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm (opening hours may vary at present due to Covid 19, please call to confirm.)

The Centre or Institute is a vibrant community hub for all kinds of events. You can meet, relax, shop or learn a new skill, as well as hire a room to teach a class, hold a social event or run your business. All are welcome.
